PM Modi himself has informed by tweeting that he will hold a virtual meeting with the Chief Ministers today at 12 noon. In this meeting, again important decisions can be taken to control Corona. After the withdrawal of restrictions related to corona in many states, the number of patients has started increasing once again. Many experts believe that the fourth wave of corona has arrived in many places. In the last one week, the number of patients has increased rapidly in many states including Delhi. At present, there are more than 15000 active patients in the country.
Cases of corona infection are increasing in at least 12 states of the country. Although the infection rate is still 0.55 per cent, the R value has exceeded 2 per cent. Talking about this month, between April 11 and 17, the maximum number of corona patients were found in Delhi, UP and Haryana. Whereas, from 18 to 24 April, corona cases also started increasing in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Punjab. Every day more than 1000 new corona patients are being found in Delhi. However, the number of patients who lost their lives is very less.
