The election preparations of the party were also discussed in detail among the three leaders. Considering all the circumstances, the matter of uniting the three municipal corporations of Delhi was approved. There is also talk of sending the related proposal to the LG for this.
In fact, the leaders of Delhi BJP have informed the central leadership that if elections are fought separately in the three municipal corporations, then it can cause huge loss to the party. The Bharatiya Janata Party, which has scored a hat-trick by winning three consecutive elections in the corporation elections, may have to face a crushing defeat in the elections. Party leaders have also told that if the three municipal corporations are merged into one, then the party’s credibility can be saved to some extent. It is believed that for this reason the talk of unifying the corporations has been taken forward.
