new Delhi. Kashmiri Pandits demonstrated at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar demanding justice, the Kashmiri Pandit community demanded that the genocide of Pandits in Kashmir should be recognized and the culprits should be hanged immediately by forming an SIT.
In fact, since the release of the film ‘The Kashmir Files’, Kashmiri Pandits have raised the voice of justice for themselves. Kashmiri Pandits are outraged over the atrocities and exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir in the 1990s and are demanding justice from the government.
Kanwal Chaudhary, a member of Kashmir Committee Delhi, said that what happened to Kashmiri Pandits should be recognized and the culprits should be given death penalty. We have been sitting in Delhi for 32 years because we have been forcibly evicted from Kashmir. How long will we be like this? We were expelled from Kashmir because we did not listen to them.
Kashmiri Pandit Rakesh Handu told that SIT should be set up on our murderers and Bitta Karate should be given the death penalty. It has been 32 years since this matter, what has been the government? We thank Kashmir Files, they put the truth in front of everyone.
This case should be run in Fastrack or this case should be shifted to Uttar Pradesh, because what happened to Vikas Dubey will be the same for these culprits. If the government will decide clearly in our case, then do Delhi the way Yasin Malik’s case has been shifted from Jammu and Kashmir to Delhi.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the data of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir says that 44684 Kashmiri displaced families are registered in the office of Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Displaced) Jammu.
At the same time, if we give information about the people displaced back, for the purpose of rehabilitation of Kashmiri displaced families, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has provided appointment to 1697 such persons from August 5, 2019 and additional 1140 persons have been selected in this regard.
