Reasons like wrong time of eating, habit of forgetting medicines, negligence in exercise can be responsible for this. For all this, it is important for the patient to control his emotions.

Dr. Paras Aggarwal told that when you are worried about diabetes, it is called diabetes distress. It happens due to a disturbance in management. Therefore, if you have diabetes, first of all do not worry. Think that if you learn to manage it, then it will not do any harm. The most important thing with this disease is that you control stress. Walking is the best way to control stress. Stress can go away by walking or exercising daily. Along with this, yoga and meditation are the best ways to get rid of stress and anxiety. Along with this, you will need adequate sleep every day. If you remain busy in yoga, meditation and exercise, then definitely your sugar level will also remain under control. Diet is a very important thing after exercise. Eat seasonal green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grains etc. in the diet. Do not eat sweet things. Do not consume alcohol, cigarettes, processed food, fast food, junk food.
