Heat Stroke symptoms and warning signs: In the month of May the temperature has crossed 40 degrees Celsius. It is so hot at this time that once you start sweating, it doesn’t stop. However, sometimes it also happens that one does not sweat even in such extreme heat. Be it walking in the sun, sitting without a fan or cooler or doing any work in the heat. If suddenly this is happening to you or your child, then you need to be alert immediately. Because not sweating in such heat can make you a victim of the most serious disease of this season.
This disease is heat stroke. According to doctors, the most important symptom of heat stroke is stopping of sweating. This happens when the cooling system of the body stops working, suddenly the body starts becoming red and hot. In such a situation the patient may become a victim of heat stroke.
Dr. SM Raheja, Director of Moolchand Hospital, Delhi, says that whenever someone is about to suffer from heat stroke, some symptoms appear. The most dangerous symptom among these is stopping of sweating. This condition is also called hypohidrosis or anhidrosis in which the coolant system of the body stops working, sweating stops completely and heat stroke occurs.
They say that if you are exercising, walking or doing any hard work in the summer season and you feel that even after doing all this you are not sweating, then you are suffering from heat stroke. Are in danger. In fact, the body’s temperature regulatory mechanism continues to work till the third stage of heat stroke. When we work and sweat, the regulatory mechanism opens the blood vessels of our skin, and when that sweat dries with air, the body cools down, this is how the cooling system of the body works. This is called evaporation cooling. When this system is disturbed, it affects all the parts of the body.
