In fact, China has also built the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor under its Belt and Road Initiative. Through this, he wants to reach Myanmar’s Kyaukphu Port from his Yunnan province, which comes in western Myanmar.

By reaching this port coming in the Indian Ocean, China wants to increase its dominance in the Bay of Bengal. China is working on several projects under the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor. Apart from this, China will also be able to get its oil shipments without going to the Straits of Malacca. Actually, China has been trying to make its entry in the Indian Ocean for a long time. China preparing to overtake US Navy by 2049

India may need a new policy
