● Schemes like PM Awas Yojana (Rural), National Rural Livelihood Mission, PM Kisan, Crop Insurance Scheme, Nutrition Abhiyan, Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Jan Aushadhi Yojana and PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana should be included under ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra’. . People should be benefited by giving information about Skill Cell Anemia Eradication Mission, enrollment in Eklavya Model Residential Schools and scholarship schemes in tribal dominated areas.
● The Yatra involves direct contact with the common people, creating awareness among them and providing them access to sanitation facilities, essential financial services, electricity connections, LPG cylinders, housing for the poor, food security, proper nutrition, reliable health services, clean drinking water etc. There is a need to work in mission mode to provide the benefits of welfare schemes. The oath of ‘Panch Pran’ should also be administered to the citizens present in the programs organized during the Yatra.
● Experiences of beneficiaries of various schemes should be obtained during the visit. Communicate with progressive farmers and honor them. The achievements of Gram Panchayats which have achieved 100% completion of schemes like Ayushman Card, Jal Jeevan Mission, Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, ODF Plus status should be celebrated. Various public participation programs like quiz competitions, felicitation of local players, health camps, cultural programs should be organized at the venue.
● Route etc. should be selected for Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. In this regard, committees have been formed under the leadership of Chief Secretary at the state level, District Magistrate at the district level and local bodies and Gram Pradhan at the Gram Panchayat level. Where the programs are to be organized, the regional public should be duly informed in advance, in such a situation, wide publicity should be given for it.
● Accountant, Asha Bahu, Primary School Principal, Panchayat Secretary, Anganwadi worker, Panchayat Assistant, Asha Bahu, Employment Sevak, Post Master, BC Sakhi etc. will play an important role in the success of the Yatra. For the yatra, coordination should be done by the Agriculture Department in rural areas and the Urban Development Department in urban areas as the nodal department.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday reviewed the preparations for organizing ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ and gave necessary guidelines… Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the last nine and a half years have been shaping the shape of a new India – a prosperous India.
