Saunf Juice Recipe

Its consumption is good for your stomach and also fennel syrup is very helpful in keeping the body cool. Making fennel syrup is very easy. If you have not tried fennel syrup at home yet, then you can easily make it with the recipe given by us.
Ingredients to make fennel syrup:
Fennel – 1/2 cup, Lemon juice – 2 tsp, Black salt – 1 tsp, Sugar – as per taste, Green food color – a pinch, Ice cubes – 8-10, Salt – as per taste
Method to make fennel syrup:
To make fennel syrup, first wash the fennel thoroughly. After this, soak fennel in water for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take out the fennel from the water and put it in a mixer jar. Now add sugar, black salt and water as per taste and grind it very finely. Now filter the fennel syrup by placing a cotton cloth in a vessel and once again put the remaining fennel in the mixer jar and grind it. And filter again. By adopting this process, most of the juice present in fennel will be converted into sherbet. Now after this add a pinch of green food color to the fennel syrup. By adding color the color of the sherbet looks even better. Now after this add 2 spoons of lemon juice in the sherbet and mix it well. Now pour fennel syrup in the glass and also add ice cubes in it. Now serve this sherbet.
