Noida. Noida Police has registered a case against Delhi Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan, his son Anas Khan and others for allegedly assaulting and threatening the personnel at a petrol pump. However, Khan, MLA from Okhla assembly constituency, claimed that this was a ‘one-sided’ action by the police and he had been wrongly implicated in the case.
Additional Police Appropriate (Zone I) Manish Kumar Mishra said that Anas, son of AAP MLA from Okhla, Delhi, Amanatullah Khan, reached the petrol pump located in Sector 95 this morning with his colleagues and had an argument with the employees regarding getting fuel there quickly. Went. According to Mishra, the MLA’s son and his associates assaulted the employees but the matter was calmed down after they intervened. After that the MLA’s son informed his father about the incident.
According to the police, Amanatullah also threatened the petrol pump manager Binod and the owner. In this case, victim Vinod Kumar Singh lodged a report at Phase-One police station.
Police said that they have also taken the footage of the CCTV camera installed at the petrol pump in their possession and are investigating the matter. Khan, however, said that his son, who is studying law, was going to appear for the examination when the incident occurred. He alleged, ‘The petrol pump staff misbehaved with my son and even beat him up. Now, they are using incomplete CCTV footage to malign my image and implicate me in unilateral police action.

Khan said that but later he came to know that the police had also ‘implicated’ him in this case.

When they were asked to come in line to get fuel, the supporters beat up the employees. It is alleged that MLA Amanatullah Khan, who was sitting in the car, threatened the employees in the manager’s room. Amanatullah Khan is seen with the gunner in the video.
Malik of the petrol pump told in a special conversation with News 18 that Amanatullah Khan’s son had come in the morning and he was in a hurry. He started with abuses and then there was a scuffle. After an argument, he took out something from behind the car and started hitting it. There was also a clash between petrol pump employees.
