The arrested people have been identified as Mahesh Mishra (mastermind), Pratyush Kumar, Nitin Kumar, Deepak Gaur, Brajesh Pandey, Shatrughan and Vimal Pandey. According to media reports, this conspiracy has been composed by a history-sheeter. On which four cases are already registered. These people had chosen such a place to create this conspiracy, where the mosque comes under the control of CCTV cameras.
On the other hand, the police, while giving detailed information about this whole case, said that the main conspirator of this entire episode was none other than Mahesh Mishra. Mahesh had printed the objectionable pamphlets. On the other hand, accused Pratyush Srivastava had bought Quran and cap. The accused had bought meat from Lal Bagh. At present, the police have booked these people under IPC sections 295 (intentionally causing hurt or profanity to a place of worship with intent to insult the religion of any class) and 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class on its part).
