Kathmandu, Nov 14 (IANS) | Nepal Police said four Indian nationals were killed in a road accident in Rauthat district near the Nepal-India border.According to the district police office in Rauthat, the car with the Indian number plate crashed at around 10 pm near Chandranigahapur Road section at Jhunkhunwa Chowk on Saturday night.They were on their way from a small town Chandranighapur to the district headquarter Gaur.
Police said that the speeding vehicle fell 20 meters from the road and fell into the pond.The victims, all men, are yet to be identified.Nepal’s Superintendent of Police Binod Ghimire said that we have recovered Indian Aadhar card from the deceased. We have informed the Indian Police about the accident.Nepal Police has already started investigation into the cause of the accident.
