Amethi. A sensational incident of gang rape of a minor girl came to light in Amethi, where late on Sunday night, three people living in the village called her out of the house and carried out the gang rape. The two accused of raping are real brothers. After committing the incident, all three fled from the spot, threatening to kill if anyone complained. The victim informed her mother about the matter. Then a day later the mother reached the police station and lodged a complaint against the accused. As soon as the complaint was received, the police registered a case against the accused and took two accused into custody. The search for the third is underway.
Actually this entire case is of Mohanganj police station area where Mukesh Verma, Akhilesh Verma and Sandeep of the same village called a minor girl from this village on Sunday at around 12 pm and called her out of the house and took her to the field and gang-raped her one by one. While leaving, all three threatened to kill her if she complained to anyone.
The girl did not tell anything to anyone for a day and then told the entire incident to her mother. As soon as the information was received, the mother reached the police station and lodged a complaint against two real brothers Mukesh Verma, Akhilesh Verma son of Jagjivan Verma and Sandeep son of Tulsi. As soon as the complaint was received, the police registered a case against all the accused under relevant sections and started searching for the accused.
After a few hours, the police took two named accused into custody while the search for one named accused is going on. Regarding the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police Harendra Kumar said that three people from the same village had gang-raped the girl. A case has been registered under relevant sections and two named accused have been taken into custody. Further legal action is being taken. The victim said that on the 19th, Sandeep Mukesh and Akhilesh, residents of the village, took away her daughter from the house and raped her. They have to punish all the accused.
