Dahi Tadka Recipe
You must have eaten dal rice, rajma rice and chole rice a lot, but once you eat dahi tadka, you will forget all the tastes. The taste of tadka with plain rice is something else. When there is no vegetable in the house or you do not feel like cooking anything, you can quickly make dahi tadka and eat it. Dahi Tadka Recipe:
First step- To prepare Dahi Tadka, you need to take fresh curd. Take as much curd as you want to make. Beat the curd lightly with the help of a spoon.
Second step- Now put 1 teaspoon mustard oil in a wok or pan. After the oil is hot, add 1 pinch asafoetida and cumin seeds. Put 3-4 long chopped green chillies in it. Add 5-6 chopped curry leaves in it. Also add 1 finely chopped onion in it.
Third step- Now grind 6-7 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon red chili powder. You have to grind them until they become like chutney. Now add this to the tempering masala. Fry it lightly.
Fourth step- Now add half a teaspoon turmeric, 1 pinch coriander powder and then blended curd. Now keep stirring it and then add salt. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas. Sprinkle some green coriander on top.
Fifth step- Super tasty and spicy dahi tadka is ready, eat it with plain rice or roti. You will not need any other vegetable. Do try dahi tadka made in this style once.
