New Delhi. If you are a professional photography enthusiast and have a passion for photographing archaeological sites and heritage sites, then this good news is for you. A photography competition has been organized by the Department of Archeology and Culture of UP to commemorate the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi. In this, award has also been announced by the Yogi government for those who took the best pictures of the heritage of cultural importance of Uttar Pradesh. The last date is 15th August. Information about this has been given by the Director, Uttar Pradesh State Archeology Department. It has been told that this competition is being organized for people of all age groups. In this, only photographs of heritage protected by the Uttar Pradesh State Archaeological Department will be valid. Photographs have to be taken from four angles of a monument. Also, the resolution of the photographs should not be less than 600 dpi. Apart from this, there should not be any watermark and name written on the photographs. The copyright of the department will be on all the selected photographs.
The contestants who come first, second and third by taking the best pictures will be given a prize of Rs 10 thousand, 7 thousand and 5 thousand respectively from the Yogi government. Apart from this, two consolation prizes of Rs. 2 thousand each will also be given. Other participants also need not be disappointed. Participation certificate will be given by the government to the participants who do not come to any place.
