Greater Noida. A review meeting of the IGRS portal was held on Saturday at the Collectorate Auditorium of Greater Noida under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Medha Rupam. In this meeting, the progress of the disposal of complaints lodged on the portal by various departments, the status of the received feedback and the defaulter category was reviewed in detail. During the meeting, the District Magistrate expressed deep displeasure over dissatisfied feedback and quality disposal of complaints.
He said that the IGRS portal is monitored daily at the government level and the ranking of the district is decided on the basis of that. In such a situation, negligence will not be tolerated at any level.
He specifically expressed displeasure over the departments where more than 70 percent of complaints have been received by dissatisfied feedbacks or who have been recorded in the defaulter category.
The District Magistrate directed Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) Atul Kumar to stop the salary of the officers of such departments till the advance order. The District Magistrate also said that one day salary of officers who are absent without prior information in the meeting should be stopped and clarification should be issued against them.
He gave clear instructions to all departmental officers that they should ensure the disposal of complaints not only within the deadline, but in a quality manner so that the complainant can get the real solution.
He said that officers should monitor the IGRS portal in their respective offices every day and talk to the complainants on the telephone and confirm the solution of their problem. The District Magistrate warned the officials that more strict action would be taken if negligence is repeated.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Atul Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Land Angan Rajesh Kumar, Deputy District Magistrate Jewar Abhay Singh, Deputy District Magistrate Dadri Anuj Nehra, Deputy Collector Ved Prakash Pandey, Chief Treasurer Shikha Gupta, Representative of the Authority and other concerned departments.
