Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while assuring the investors and setting up industries in Uttar Pradesh on behalf of the government, said that there is complete guarantee of security and every kind of facility to the investors and entrepreneurs in Uttar Pradesh. Investors and entrepreneurs will not be allowed to face any kind of problem, neither in terms of security nor in terms of any facility of governance. They should invest in Uttar Pradesh without hesitation, the government will be found standing with them.
CM Yogi on Monday afternoon addressed the ceremony organized for the inauguration of Tattva Plastic Pipe Factory with an investment of Rs 110 crore in Sector 26 of Gida, laying of foundation stone and inauguration of infrastructure works worth Rs 136 crore and distribution of letters of intent along with allotment of 102 plots to 97 entrepreneurs. Was doing. Encouraging investors and entrepreneurs, he said that along with providing an environment of security, the government is providing the benefit of every kind of facility. Online portals like Nivesh Mitra and Nivesh Sarathi have been created for this. Investors are being provided incentives by the government without any hindrance.
He said that today a positive atmosphere has been created in the entire country. This is an environment of development, security and prosperity. When every person has development on his agenda, he contributes in every way to create an environment for it.
Investment does not happen in unsafe environment, institutions move towards devaluation
CM Yogi said that everyone knows what was the situation in Uttar Pradesh before 2017. And, what was the situation in Gorakhpur five-seven years ago? Criminals and mafia dominated every system. Anarchy was at its peak. There used to be a riot in the state every second-third day. Corruption was at its peak. In this environment, the youth of the state were facing an identity crisis. Development work had come to a standstill. No one invests in an unsafe environment. All institutions tend towards devaluation. The same situation was seen in Uttar Pradesh. But, within the last six years, after the double engine government came to power in the state, today everyone has seen the changing Uttar Pradesh under the guidance and leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Not a slaughter house, but an ethanol plant, dairy and pipe factory is becoming the identity of this area.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that this is the same area of Gida where the work of setting up a slaughter house was going on during the Samajwadi Party government in 2005-06. Today, there is not a slaughter house but an ethanol plant. A pipe factory is set up for the scheme of tap for every house. A dairy plant is being set up. Thousands of youth get employment from these. While sharing the memories of his conversation with the employees of Tatva Plastics, the Chief Minister said that most of the workers here are from the districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. If the youth of Eastern Uttar Pradesh gets employment in the district or area near his home, then he will not be forced to leave his home and migrate. Today we are seeing similar employment scene in Gida.
UP has received proposals worth Rs 36 lakh crore
The Chief Minister said that the Global Investors Summit was organized in Uttar Pradesh between 10 and 12 February 2023. In this, Uttar Pradesh had received investment proposals worth Rs 36 lakh crore. Gorakhpur alone received investment proposals worth about two and a quarter lakh crore rupees. If the investment proposals worth Rs 36 lakh crore come on the ground, there is a possibility of one crore youth getting jobs and employment. The work of distribution of letter of intent for establishment of 102 new industries in GIDA will take this possibility forward.
Run courses as per the needs of local industries
The Chief Minister said that land has been allotted for 102 industries. When industries start coming up, the recruitment process of people will also start. In view of this, he once again asked the GIDA administration to open centers for skill development of local youth and run courses as per the needs of local industries. So that more and more local youth can get adjusted in the industries here. If they get a job here, the youth will not have to face the brunt of migration in a disaster like Corona and they will be able to contribute to the successful growth of the industry while maintaining their household.
Excellent infrastructure facilities to industries, quality of life to workers
CM Yogi said that the GIDA administration has taken forward various programs like roads, drainage, street lights to ensure that there is excellent infrastructure facilities for the industries. He said that the industrial areas should be of such a type that they can provide the best environment not only for setting up industries but also for the quality of life of every section of the personnel working there. CM said that within the last few days, work of many industries has started in Gida area.
GIDA is expanding from Sahjanwa to Dhuriapar.
The Chief Minister said that today GIDA is expanding extensively. The government is taking it from Sahjanwa to Dhuriapar. A large scale program is taking place to set up industries in more than 5000 acres in Dhuriapar alone. With this, the youth of Eastern Uttar Pradesh will be able to get employment and jobs here. The people here will benefit from the positive environment of development that has been created in Uttar Pradesh and Gorakhpur.

After inaugurating the newly constructed factory of M/s Tatva Plastic Pipes Private Limited in Gida Sector 26, the Chief Minister inspected the factory premises and took stock of the production process. In a function organized in the factory premises, the Chief Minister congratulated Tatva Plastics Managing Director Gagan Goyal for setting up the industry and said that the government has provided an environment of security for investors. Besides, many types of provisions have been made for the convenience of investors. He appealed to the factory management to maintain a family feeling towards the employees, this will yield best results. He expressed happiness that along with setting up the industry in a short time, pipe supply for Jal Jeevan Mission has also been started.
102 industries will be set up, there will be investment of Rs 900 crore
In a function organized at GIDA Sector 26, allotment letters of 102 plots were distributed to 97 investors/entrepreneurs in the presence of CM Yogi. 14 investors received plot allotment letters from the hands of the Chief Minister. By setting up different units on these 102 plots, there will be an investment of about Rs 900 crore and once the investment gets off the ground, about 4500 people will get employment.
