New Delhi. In the year 2002, there were riots in Gujarat. About 1000 people died in these horrific riots. After the riots, their allegation was on the then Gujarat CM Narendra Modi. Recently, the Supreme Court gave a verdict after hearing the application of Zakia Jafri, wife of former Congress MP Ahsan Jafri, who was killed in the Gulberg Society case, against Modi. The court said that some elements tried to implicate Modi forcibly to keep the atmosphere hot. After this decision of the Supreme Court, Home Minister Amit Shah said in an interview to news agency ANI that some politicians and journalists played a role in continuing the campaign against Modi.
After this statement of Shah, it is being discussed since Saturday that who are those journalists and what is their role in the Gujarat riots? Amit Shah did not reveal the names of these journalists, but there are two such journalists, about whom Narendra Modi himself had made serious allegations against him by taking names. Modi had said in a conversation with Madhu Purnima Kishwar during the Gujarat riots that journalists Barkha Dutt and Rajdeep Sardesai tried to spoil the atmosphere during the Gujarat riots. In his interview, Modi had made serious allegations against both the journalists, giving the example of Surat and Kutch. You can hear for yourself in this video what Modi had to say about Barkha Dutt and Rajdeep.

Now let us tell you what sensational allegations were made by Amit Shah in the interview with ANI in the Gujarat riots case. Amit Shah had said that the opponents of BJP along with some journalists and NGOs leveled false allegations against Modi. According to Shah, they all have a strong eco-system. Because of this, everyone kept on believing that the lies of these people are true. Listen to Amit Shah’s statement.
