Gwalior Crime News: Gwalior (Napr). Janakganj police station has recovered two teenage girls who went missing from Nai Road seven days ago from near the bus stand on Thursday morning. The police have arrested Arun Prajapati and Rohit, who took the teenage girls by luring them. The relatives of the girls had lodged a case of kidnapping in the police station. The police will register a case of rape against the accused after taking the statement of the girls. Janakganj police station in-charge Dr. Santosh Yadav told that on March 3, two teenagers had gone missing from the road. After searching at his level, the relative had lodged a case of kidnapping after giving information about the disappearance of both the girls. During investigation, the police came to know that two youths had taken away the girls by luring them. On being identified both the youths were searched for them. On Thursday, the police got information that both the suspected youths were seen near the bus stand. On this information, both the youths were caught and the girls were recovered.
Missing girl from Laltipara found in Maharajpura
The girl, who went missing from Laltipara on Thursday, reached Maharajpura police station in the evening. The teenager told the police that her uncle had sent two boys to fetch her. She did not recognize these two young men. Where were these boys taking him by auto? Then she got out of the auto and ran away. Murar police station in-charge Shailendra Bhargava said that the matter is being investigated.
Three, including two brothers who kidnapped, were sentenced to three years each
The Special Sessions Court has sentenced three accused, including two brothers, to three years each. All three accused are accused of kidnapping a youth. Additional Public Prosecutor RP Paliwal told that on September 20, 2013, Deepak Sharma was abducted by Naresh Advani, Raju Advani resident of Kushna Nagar Gola, Ballu Kushwaha resident Murar from in front of the bank. They took him towards Moti Mahal by car, when Deepak came out of his clutches, he filed a case in the Padav police station. Police registered the case and presented the challan. The accused argued in the defense that they had a dispute of mutual transaction, they have not abducted. The court has sentenced the three accused to three years each.
