Gwalior News: Gwalior, Naidunia Representative. Sunil Sharma’s gold chain, who went to see the crowd of devotees at Achaleshwar temple, was broken by someone in the crowd. The complainant did not even know that in the scuffle, it was not known when and who broke the gold chain. Kampu police station has registered a case of theft against unknown thieves on the report of Sunil Sharma. After Mahashivratri, the police will try to identify the thieves by looking at the CCTV recordings installed around the temple.
New road resident Sunil (51 years) son Gulab Sharma was in the queue of devotees to visit Achaleshwar on Mahashivratri around 10.30 am on Tuesday. After about a quarter of an hour his number came. When he was standing in line, there was a lot of pushing. There was a huge crowd in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the opportunity, the thieves involved in the crowd broke his gold chain.
More than a dozen mobiles and wallets stolen: Mobile wallets of more than a dozen devotees have been stolen from Achaleshwar temple. It is being told that 30 to 35 mobiles have been stolen, but so far only a dozen mobiles and purses have been stolen.
Mobile theft from Koteshwar too: About five complainants had reached the Bahodapur police station after complaining about the theft of mobile phones from Koteshwar temple. The police have called the complainants today as they are busy with the security arrangements in the temple. Due to overcrowding in the morning at Koteshwar temple, there was a scuffle and a stampede-like situation was created. Police barely controlled the situation. Mobiles and wallets have also been stolen from Gupteshwar and Bhuteshwar. Police is now trying to trace the miscreants through CCTV recordings.
