The petition seeking a stay on the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid will be heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. A bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud will hear it. Last week itself, the Anjuman Intejamiya Masjid Committee had demanded the Supreme Court to order a stay on the survey. On this, the court had said that we do not know anything about this matter, in such a situation, we cannot pass any order without reading anything. The bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana had said that we can list it and will hear the matter next week.
Meanwhile, the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid was conducted for the third consecutive day on Monday and this process has been completed. Now the report of this survey will be presented in the Varanasi court on Tuesday. After the survey, Sohanlal, the lawyer for the Hindu side, claimed that ‘Baba has been found’. Its meaning is also being taken from getting Shivling. He said that as soon as the water of the pond was taken out and searched, Baba was found. He said, what Nandi was waiting for, it has been fulfilled. Everything became clear at that time, when Har Har Mahadev’s cheer started resonating in the mosque premises. Sohanlal was also present with the court commissioner during the survey of the mosque premises.
He said that we consider this day as a very big day. As soon as that time came, people started dancing and Har Har Mahadev started resonating in the mosque. He said that there is debris 75 feet long and 35 feet wide on the western wall. Now we will demand his inquiry from the court.
