Chandigarh. A new problem has arisen for Naib Singh Saini’s BJP government in Haryana. Already, 3 independent MLAs have announced to support Congress by withdrawing support from BJP government. Now JJP chief Dushyant Chautala has written a letter to the Governor of Haryana demanding that he ask CM Nayab Singh Saini to prove his majority in the Assembly. Dushyant Chautala was earlier with BJP and was made Deputy CM in Manohar Lal Khattar government, but parted ways with BJP on the issue of distribution of Lok Sabha seats.
CM Nayab Singh Saini is still silent on the future of his government, but he had earlier said that the MLAs also had some wishes. Saini had said that every person is connected with some desires. He had also said that these days Congress is busy in fulfilling wishes. However, people are understanding what is whose wish. Congress is not concerned with the wishes of the people, it is concerned with its own wishes. At the same time, former CM Manohar Lal Khattar had refused to face any kind of crisis on the Saini government. Manohar Lal Khattar had said that many MLAs are in touch with BJP. In such a situation, speculations are being made that to save the government, BJP may play some game and create havoc in the opposition camp. Now Dushyant Chautala has demanded from the Governor to ask the Saini government to prove its majority. If the Governor gives such instructions, then it remains to be seen how BJP saves its government.
Big news, former Deputy CM of Haryana Dushyant Chautala wrote a letter to the Governor demanding a floor test. In the letter, he appealed to call a session of the Legislative Assembly and conduct a floor test.#DushyantChautala #Congress #JJP @NayabSainiBJP#HaryanaPoliticalCrisis @jaspreet_k5 pic.twitter.com/kSSB06mnUP

If we talk about the mathematics of the Assembly, there are a total of 90 members in the Haryana Assembly, but former CM Manohar Lal Khattar and independent Ranjit Singh have resigned. In such a situation, now there are 88 MLAs left in Haryana Assembly. For this reason, Naib Singh Saini needs the support of 45 MLAs to get majority. BJP has 40 of its own MLAs. 2 independents Rakesh Daulatabad and Nayanpal Rawat have not yet withdrawn support from the government. At the same time, Gopal Kanda has also supported BJP. If BJP succeeds in keeping these three together, then it will have 43 MLAs in its favor. That means it needs 2 more MLAs for majority. Whereas, if we look at the opposition’s account, Congress has 30 MLAs. Four independents, 10 from JJP and one from INLD are in the opposition. In this way the opposition is still in majority. If Naib Singh Saini cannot gather 2 more MLAs in his favor, then there is a danger of the BJP government falling.
