Ingredients for Moong Dal Pakora
Moong Dal 1 Cup, Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Cumin 1 Tsp, Gram Flour- 1 Tbsp, Sweet Soda 2 Pinch

Ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice, mint leaves, tamarind and jaggery water, asafoetida, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, water- 2.5 litre, boondi, sweet. chutney, onion
Method to make Moong Dal Pakora
Soak moong dal overnight. In the morning, mix ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, Hindi, salt as per taste along with moong dal in a grinder jar. Now grind them very finely and add 1 or 2 spoons of water to this paste so that the paste becomes smooth. Now take out this paste in a plate and add cumin, gram flour – 1 Tbsp, half teaspoon sweet soda and asafoetida. Now turn on the gas, make them into small and round shapes and fry them on medium flame. Now take out all the pakodas in a plate.

Now the next step will be to make masala water. To make masala water, add ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice, mint leaves, tamarind and jaggery water, asafoetida, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, chutney, in a mixer jar. Mix these together and grind this chutney. Now take 2 liters of water and mix this mixture in it. Mix these mixtures well in this water. We will also add 1 ladle of sweet chutney in this water. After that add boondi in this water. Will add coriander leaves. In the last step, add this masala water in a bowl and dip the pakoras you have made in it. Your Pani Wala Pakora is ready, enjoy this spicy Pakora.
