In this regard, he had appealed to the Supreme Court for interim release. However, Hemant Soren has not got any relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has for the time being refused to hear the interim release of Hemant Soren. The Supreme Court said that this matter should be taken up along with the bail plea to be held on Monday.
Hemant Soren did not get relief from Supreme Court
In fact, in his petition, Hemant Soren had demanded an early decision on the interim bail petition. In such a situation, while saying that the matter has been settled, the Supreme Court said that now the High Court has given its verdict on the petition, hence this petition has become ineffective. After the High Court issued the order, Hemant Soren had approached the Supreme Court. Soren said that the High Court had reserved the order, but the decision has not been pronounced yet. However, the Supreme Court definitely said that it will hear the bail petition on Monday.
Hearing will be held on May 13
Let us tell you that Hemant Soren’s petition will be heard in the Supreme Court on May 13. Hemant Soren has challenged the decision of the Jharkhand High Court, in which the High Court had rejected the petition, justifying his arrest. While giving its verdict in this regard on May 3, the High Court had said that ED has enough evidence and the arrest of Hemant Soren cannot be wronged.
