new Delhi. At present, the issue of spurious liquor is hot in Bihar. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is attacking the Nitish government of the state for this. So far, more than 70 people have died in Bihar due to spurious liquor. Nitish government is keeping silence on BJP’s attack and is repeatedly saying the same thing that there is complete prohibition in the state. However, all these claims of the Nitish government are proving to be a failure, because if there is complete prohibition in the state, then how come cases of death due to spurious liquor?, from where people are getting spurious liquor to drink?… Earlier, BJP was an attacker on Nitish government that now former JDU MLA has attacked his own government…
Let me tell you, Narendra Kumar Singh alias Bogo Singh, one of JDU’s Kaddavar and Bahubali MLAs, has been a four-time MLA from Matihani assembly. He was defeated by the LJP candidate in the last elections but this defeat was by a very small margin. Now, former JDU MLA Narendra Kumar Singh has said that liquor ban in Bihar is a complete failure and has said that there is to be called liquor ban in the state. Liquor is also being delivered to people through home delivery. Both government and administration are responsible for this.
Describing the state government as responsible for the death due to this liquor ban, Narendra Kumar Singh said that liquor ban is in force in the state for the last 6 years, but despite the implementation of this law, liquor is being supplied to Bihar from the border states. Not only is it being delivered to the districts, but from there it is being delivered to every home. If anyone is responsible for this, then it is the government and the administration. Nitish government is also responsible for this.
Let us tell you, in the case of spurious liquor, the police have arrested five people including the mastermind homeopathy compounder. A special team was also constituted by Saran Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar to investigate the matter, the same team that arrested the compounder and his associates on Friday.
