Honda Two Wheeler is going to launch its new scooter very soon, a teaser of which has also been launched by the company. According to reports, the company has named it Honda AVD 160 and it will be launched globally.
According to reports, the company has designed this scooter in such a way that the rider will get the power and feel of a sports bike in the design of a scooter. The company will first make this scooter available for sale in Japan and Indonesia, but no official information has been revealed about when the company will launch it in India.
Talking about the design and looks of the scooter, the company has made this scooter with a sporty design, which has been made with new graphics in the Repsol version. A large windscreen has been installed in its front so that the rider can not face any problem with the wind while traveling at high speed.
The front of this scooter has a muscular apron with which the article stacked LED light has been added and DRLs have also been included in it.
Keeping in mind the comfort of the rider, it has been given a long and wide single piece seat which can prove to be quite comfortable in terms of seating two people.
Talking about the engine of the scooter, according to reports, Honda is going to provide a 157 cc single cylinder engine in this scooter which is based on liquid cooled technology. This engine generates power of 15.5 bhp at 8500 rpm and peak torque of 15 Nm at 65000 rpm. Automatic transmission has been given with this engine.
Talking about the features, according to the reports, features like Bluetooth connectivity, digital instrument console, smartphone charging USB point, ABS, EBD, engine kill switch can be given in it. If the company launches this scooter in India, then it is sure to compete directly with the Aprilia SR 160.
