Ranchi, Be it a child or an adult, every person needs a strong mind, because unless the mind is strong, one cannot succeed in any work and that person also always remains troubled. Such a person does not get progress in life quickly, but nowadays there are some daily habits due to which the person’s mind is becoming completely hollow.
Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey (BAMC from Vinoba Bhave University and more than 25 years of experience, Medical Officer in the Government of Jharkhand) from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 that if your mind is strong then you can overcome any challenge and If you are weak then even small things will be a big problem for you. In such a situation, people should give up these habits today itself.
Say goodbye to these habits…
• Dr. VK Pandey says that first of all, to have a strong brain, people should completely give up junk food from outside, because outside food contains high amounts of trans fat, which damages your brain cells.
• Trans fat not only causes blockage in your veins. Rather, your power to think about the problem also keeps decreasing. At the same time, drink very little water on the second day. We should drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water a day, because our brain is 70% water.
• Apart from this, exercising for 45 minutes every day improves blood circulation in the body and brain. This makes the brain very active. Brain function also improves and the nerves get relaxation.
• After this, what is necessary is pranayam and meditation. Be sure to do these two things. This will not cause problems like overthinking and you will always remain relaxed. With this your brain will not get tired and your cells will not get damaged.
• Lastly, try to consume green vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. This will provide essential nutrients to the brain. Cells will be active. This will eliminate mental weakness and you will always feel fresh and you will not feel lazy.
