New Delhi. Nitish Kumar has started a new political chapter in Bihar by taking oath as the Chief Minister for the 9th time. In the morning he submitted his resignation to Governor Rajendra Arlekar and took oath as Chief Minister at five in the evening. After completing the swearing-in ceremony, BJP National President JP Nadda himself reached Patna from Delhi. Apart from Nitish Kumar, BJP State President Samrat Chaudhary and Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha took oath as Deputy CM.
