Not only this, housing and medical facilities will also be provided.
The company will bear the full cost of education of the children of the deceased employee. Tata Steel Management has issued a circular in this regard, in which it has been said that the company is providing all possible help to its employees under social security so that the employees working in their company have a good future. It has also been told that if a worker dies due to corona infection, Tata Management will continue to pay salary to his family members for 60 years. Along with this, home and medical facilities will also be provided. If the worker of the company dies in the line of duty, then the company management will bear the entire expenses of the children of the deceased till the graduation of education in India.
