Do not do these 5 things in diabetes (Avoid these 5 things in diabetes)
Dr. Deeksha Bhavsar She says that after consulting more than 1000 diabetic patients for the last 5 years and getting positive results in more than 96% of them, I advise people to avoid these 5 things. If diabetic patients stay away from these five things, they can reduce their blood sugar level in 15 days. It is effective for patients of all ages.
1. Avoid a sedentary life
Some people remain sitting continuously. They work sitting at one place for hours. There is little to no physical activity involved in their routine. This can prove to be very harmful. In such a situation, it is very important that diabetic patients or pre-diabetics should do physical activities like walking, cycling, cardio exercise, yoga regularly for 40 minutes. Also, it is very important to do pranayam for 20 minutes. Being active improves blood circulation. Every cell of the body gets adequate oxygen. Promotes liver detox and helps in proper secretion of insulin.

2. Do not eat sugar, flour, processed food
Diabetic patients should avoid consuming white sugar, flour, processed food, raw dry fruits, curd and gluten containing things. The natural sugars present in fruits and vegetables are good for you. Cow milk and ghee can be taken in limited quantities. You can consume jowar, ragi, amaranth. Eat nuts and dry fruits only after soaking them in water and roasting them. Eating them raw may cause bloating problem.
3. Give up the habit of eating late at night
Eating dinner early is the easiest way to reduce your sugar levels and risk of heart diseases. If possible it is best to have dinner before sunset. If work schedule does not permit, it is best to have dinner by 8 pm.
4. Avoid sleeping immediately after meals
People whose blood sugar level remains high should not sleep at all during the day. It increases Kapha dosha in the body and diabetes is considered a Kapha disease in Ayurveda. This increases the sugar level in the blood, so you should avoid it 100%. One should sleep 3 hours after eating at night. It is best to have dinner before sunset.
5. Do not depend only on anti-diabetic medicines
In diabetes, it is important to take medicines at the right time, but not following a healthy routine and completely depending on anti-diabetic medicines is also not right. These medicines can harm your liver and kidneys at an early age.
