1. Padmasana:- Practicing this yoga will prove to be very beneficial for you, because this yoga asana is good for mental health. If you practice it regularly every day, you get mental peace and concentration increases. Therefore, those who have problems related to memory or mental health should definitely do this asana. They will get benefit from this.
Do it like this:- To do this yoga, first of all you sit in a quiet and clean place. After this, bend your right knee and place it above your left thigh. In this position, the sole of your right foot should be upwards and its heel should be near your stomach. Similarly, the left leg has to be bent and placed over the right thigh. In such a situation, a cross should be formed between both your legs. After this, both the hands will have to be kept on the knees in the position of meditation posture. Similarly, keep taking deep and long breaths. Also keep your entire attention on your breathing. So that you can be completely free from external stress and worries.
2. Sarvangasana:- By practicing this yoga asana, the mind and brain can be made healthy. Apart from this, this yoga practice improves blood circulation in the body. This provides physical and mental energy. By getting mental energy, you get relief from stress and other mental problems. Therefore you can include this yoga in your daily routine. This will remove your memory weakness or other mental problems and you will get relief from these problems.
Do it like this:- To do this yoga, first lie down on your back on the yoga mat. Now take both your legs upwards to 90 degrees with the support of your shoulders. In this position, keep the upper part of the shoulders straight and keep your chin close to the chest. You have to stay like this for some time. After this you come back to your normal state.
3. Sukhasana:– Children and adults of any age can easily do this asana. By doing this asana there is no extra pressure on the body. Apart from this, this asana proves to be especially beneficial for women. By doing this yoga, the physical and mental problems of women are reduced. It is considered very helpful for women.
Do it like this:- To do this asana, first of all you have to sit on the yoga mat. After this, the spine has to be straightened and cradled. Apart from this, your head, neck and back should be in a straight direction. Similarly, you have to meditate while controlling the speed of breathing. Doing this yoga provides mental energy. Due to which concentration power increases. It proves effective for women. You will start seeing the effect in two weeks.
