1. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables- Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet as much as possible. These contain some nutrients which strengthen the bones. Actually, fruits and vegetables have alkalizing properties which can help in balancing the pH level of the body. It can reduce the acidic effects of high-protein diets. This potentially removes calcium from the bones. It is not that protein is not good for your body. But, if you take a high protein diet, do not stop eating your fruits and vegetables completely. You should take 2 servings of fruits and 5 servings of vegetables every day. Also know your exact protein needs. Avoid consuming excess protein. Focus on plant based proteins. This is because, like animal proteins, they do not leave acidic ash in the body. At the same time, high protein diet leaves acidic ash in the body, due to which calcium deficiency starts from the bones.
