Gumla. In today’s modern era, premature graying or hair loss at a young age has become a common thing. The biggest reason for this can be many reasons including today’s food habits, hectic life, stress, increasing pollution. But by adopting some natural methods, you can also prevent hair loss. Let’s know the natural way to blacken hair from Ayurveda doctor Dr. Pankaj Kumar.
Ayurveda doctor Dr. Pankaj Kumar told Local 18 that hair problems have become common among the younger generation these days. These include hair loss and graying of hair in young people. To get rid of this hair problem, some attention needs to be paid to food and drink. So that our liver remains healthy. For this, liver tonic can be used. To darken hair naturally, consume 2/4 hibiscus flower petals, 1 teaspoon of henna leaves and consume amla daily.
If it is amla season, consume about 20 grams of fresh amla juice daily or consume 1 teaspoon of amla powder daily. Apply oil to your hair from time to time. We use a lot of perfumed oils available in the market which are harmful for the hair. Use sesame oil instead of this and sesame can be consumed in any form (as food or as chutney). If consumed daily, it will provide relief from hair problems. People whose hair is greying prematurely or is falling, should consume it for about 6 months to a year. This will eliminate the problem from the root.
Bhringraj oil is no less than a boon
You can also use Bhringraj for hair. If Bhringraj oil is consumed or powdered, it is good for our liver. It is also very good for our hair. Lemon is rich in vitamin C. Massaging with lemon or lemon juice mixed in water from time to time will stop hair fall and greying of hair.
