Due to boycott of judicial work by lawyers, the date of Thursday fell. In Varanasi, lawyers went on strike to protest the language used in an official letter.
The hearing on the petition filed in the Supreme Court to stop the survey is fixed on Thursday itself. The Supreme Court had also issued notice to all the parties and the UP government in this matter. The Civil Court had ordered a survey of the Gyanvapi Masjid premises on a petition related to the status of Shringar Gauri and other Deities and their right to worship and worship. Court commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra was made for this. After some controversy, special and assistant commissioners were also appointed to assist him. After the removal of Ajay Mishra by the court on Tuesday, the responsibility of preparing the survey report for the remaining three days is on Special Commissioner Vishal Singh.
In the Gyanvapi case, the women of the plaintiff have also requested the court to conduct a survey of the basement, which is closed on the east side of the Shivling found in the Vazukhana.
