The letter is part of an official conversation between Pakistan’s diplomats and a powerful country sent to the Foreign Ministry. Federal Minister Asad Umar told reporters that Pakistan has been told that everything will be forgiven if the no-confidence motion against Imran Khan is successful, but its failure will have dire consequences for Pakistan.

The US has further said that the government respects the constitutional process in Pakistan.
