Pakistan is dreaming of earning crores by cultivating cannabis
Every day the information about the plight of Pakistan is coming to the fore and the plight of Pakistan is being exposed. In such a situation, the government is adopting new ways to raise money. Recently Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry inaugurated the country’s first cannabis farm. On this occasion he felicitated the Ministry of Science and Technology and in particular the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR).
Let us tell you that cannabis is a drug but it is also used medically in many parts of the world. The government of Pakistan wants to promote the cultivation of cannabis so that it can earn huge profits by selling it in the international market. Fawad Chaudhry wrote in a tweet that it is very heartening to see this project progressing. Pakistan is set to become a major participant in the billion-dollar cannabis industry.
Significantly, in August, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan borrowed 2.75 billion from the International Monetary Fund to improve the country’s economy. In Indian rupees, that amount can be said to be more than Rs 20,000 crore. Imran Khan is on the verge of sinking the country’s boat by making a new debt, in which every Pakistani citizen already has a debt of Rs 1 lakh 75 thousand.
