New Delhi. The Indian team is today the last match of the three-match T20 series with the Australian team at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. Earlier both the teams are tied at 1-1 in the series. In this match, Indian team captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Australia’s team set a total target of 187 runs in front of India. The team of Australia, who came to bat, batted vigorously till 6 overs of the match. During this, opener batsman Cameron Green batted vigorously. During this, he scored a half-century in just 19 balls. But after this Indian bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar showed the way to the pavilion. After this, Australia’s innings appeared to falter for about 10 overs. Aaron Finch, Smith and Maxwell were dismissed cheaply.
Tim David scored the most runs for Australia. Tim took Australia’s faltering innings to 186 runs. In this innings, he scored 54 runs in 27 balls. Apart from him, open batsman Cameron Green scored 51 runs off 21 balls. Now the Indian team needs a total of 187 runs to win. To win this match, India’s top batting order will have to contribute from their respective levels.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar did the first over for the Indian team. In his very first over, Australia’s opener batsman Cameron made his intentions clear by hitting two sixes. Australia batted vigorously for 6 overs. But then spin bowler Axar Patel put the brakes in the Australian innings by dismissing captain Aaron Finch and Bhuvi dismissing Cameron. Spin bowler Axar Patel took the most wickets for India. He sent 3 Australian players to the pavilion for 33 runs.
