There are fierce demonstrations across the country against the Agneepath scheme. The government is also seen in action mode amid the ruckus all around. Home Minister Rajnath Singh is holding regular review meetings. At the same time, on Sunday, the three army chiefs of the country came forward regarding the Agneepath scheme and said that this scheme is to reduce the average age of the armed forces. In the midst of all this, the police of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh is telling the youth the features of the Agneepath scheme by holding village-village chaupals.
On the other hand, Bharatiya Janata Party’s National Spokesperson Sambit Patra while reading ballads in praise of PM Modi said that the Prime Minister walks on the path of Reform, Perform and Transform by working 24 hours with his blood and sweat, walk on Agneepath so that my May India become great. Sambit Patra held a press conference regarding the Agneepath scheme at the party headquarters in Delhi.
During this he said, “Who among us would not want our India to become great. We all have been hearing since childhood that our India is great. But how will my India become great if there is no reform? How will India become great if it doesn’t perform and transform?”
The BJP spokesperson further said, “The Prime Minister walks on the path of Reform, Perform and Transform, working round the clock with his blood and sweat, walking on the path of Agneepath so that my India can become great.” He said that some people are unable to digest this national policy and do politics on it too.
Congress aims to topple the government: On Congress’s satyagraha against the Agneepath scheme, Sambit Patra said that the purpose of Congress is neither to benefit the army nor they are concerned about the youth, the Gandhi family has only one objective to topple the government. He said, “Digvijay Singh is calling this scheme ‘shoot to kill’. One of their leaders is saying in Rajasthan that after four years they will become youth Naxalites. Don’t Rahul and Priyanka ji have faith in the youth of the country? Do you have this kind of sentiment towards the youth of this country?”
