AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has reacted to the ongoing violent protests over the Agneepath scheme, saying that no one supports violence and no one should support it. He said whether the BJP government and PM Modi are responsible for the violence that has happened today or not. Owaisi was expressing his opinion on various issues in a TV channel program. During this, the anchor questioned whether they keep Islam above or the Constitution? The AIMIM chief was furious at this question.
When the anchor asked this question to Owaisi in a program of TV9 Bharatvarsh, he got furious and said, “This question should be asked to Narendra Modi, why is this question not asked to Amit Shah. If you see a Muslim, then you say… speak. Why is this thing asked to a Muslim whether you are loyal to the country or not. Will you ask this question to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad or to the Ulemas who gave the fatwa of Jihad for the country’s independence?
Owaisi said angrily, “We are celebrating 75th year of independence but there is still a worm in your heart whether a Muslim is loyal or not. I have taken oath in the name of Allah above the Constitution of India. Beyond this, I do not need a certificate of loyalty from you. I don’t care what you think.” He said, “I am saying this that I am allowed to follow my religion in the country. I am in love with every corner of the country.” Owaisi said that the country will run only by the constitution.
Responding to a question, the AIMIM chief said, “What is the reason for the violence that took place today? The reason for this is that the Prime Minister of the country took a wrong decision. They want to make unemployment among the youth who were waiting for two years that they would get a place in the army, in the navy.
