BJP took action against Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal for making controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad. But the controversy is not taking the name of stopping now. Arab countries registered their protest on this issue and then India clarified and said that the concerned bodies have taken action against them. At the same time, Congress says that the BJP spokesperson has made a mistake, so why should India apologize?
A debate was going on on the Aaj Tak channel regarding this issue in which political analysts, Samajwadi Party and Congress spokespersons were present. During the debate, political analyst Sangeet Ragi asked Congress spokesperson Rohan Gupta, “What is Ghazwa-e-Hind, do you know? Rahul Gandhi and Catholic Christian Party know what? If a Catholic woman can come and rule this country, then I can also say, I am also a citizen of this country. Can you lead by standing in front of the Catholic Church?”
During the debate, Congress spokesperson Rohan Gupta said, “The entire country is bearing the brunt of BJP’s cultivation of hatred. When the BJP spokesperson has made a mistake, why should the whole country ask for apology? Today the BJP has created such a situation, has created such an atmosphere of hatred that the BJP makes a mistake and the entire country has to answer for it. The BJP called its own spokesperson a fringe element.”
Congress spokesperson Rohan Gupta further said, “Today it is for the first time that the country has to apologize for the mistake of any party. This has happened because the BJP means hatred and the training of their spokesperson has been done in an atmosphere of hatred. I belong to Hinduism, I know that Hinduism never gives training to insult any other religion.
Let us tell you that the terrorist organization Al Qaeda has threatened a fidayeen attack in India over the remarks on Prophet Mohammad. He has threatened to attack in 2 other cities including Delhi, Mumbai. At the same time, Muslim organizations have demanded the arrest of the BJP leader.
