UP CM Yogi Adityanath said in a program in the Vidhan Sabha last day that I realized that the more a public representative’s association with the public, the more confident he will be able to work during his tenure. He said that the representatives should avoid negativity. People are like people in a democracy.
CM Yogi said that today politicians have become a symbol of distrust. But the healthy discussion and discussion done by you in the House will make you a symbol of trust. Apart from this, CM Yogi, giving strict advice to the MLAs, advised them to stay away from contract-lease, transfer and posting. He said that if public representatives interfere in the contract-lease, it leads them to collapse.
Yogi said, ‘Patience, decency, adopted by a person in public life, helps him to move forward. But his haste, and his love for contracts and meddling in every matter, always leads him to his downfall.’ He said that all the rebellious people who were there, they could not move forward and kept on rolling. People of such people have been given leave by Janardan.
He advised the MLAs to stay away from contract-patta, transfer-deployment and said that it causes slander. And this creates distrust in the mind of the public. Questioning the politics of casteism in UP, CM Yogi said that if there was caste politics in the state, then how did Suresh Khanna (Parliamentary Affairs and Finance Minister) become MLA for the ninth time, while more voters of his caste are not in Shahjahanpur.
Yogi insisted that ‘if our sentiments are positive, in the interest of the state-country, in the interest of the public, in the interest of public welfare, then the people also take it in the same spirit.’ Apart from this, CM Yogi expected the Speaker of the Assembly that he would give a chance to the newly elected members to speak in the House.
