Former Congress President and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi said on Saturday (16-May-2022) at the Congress Party’s three-day contemplation camp in Udaipur that the party can compete with the BJP alone in the country because neither regional parties nor any Nor is the ideology nor many central perspectives. At the same time, on the third and last day of the Chintan Shivir, it was said that in view of the Congress political situation, the party has kept the doors of alliance open.

Further giving a speech, he said that there is an ideology battle going on in the country between Congress and BJP/RSS, which no regional can fight.

Rahul further said that it is the responsibility of the Congress to save the institutions of the country and restart the dialogue between different religions and castes and between the states which the BJP government is trying to break. With this, Rahul said that “this is going to be done by some regional party. BJP and RSS will never do it. Regional parties always belong to a particular caste. They don’t even represent everyone.”
