According to the ministry, out of these people who took the second dose till July 10, till April 9, 2022, only more than 2.43 crore people have taken the precautionary dose. These include 45.34 lakh health workers. Similarly 70.10 lakh frontline employees and more than 1.27 crore persons above 60 years of age have taken the precautionary dose. Presently, 38.50 lakh health workers, 28.42 lakh frontline workers, more than 35.15 lakh people in the age group of 18 to 44 years, more than 2.27 crore people in the age group of 45 to 59 years and 1.52 crore people above 60 years of age in the country are presently as a precautionary measure. dose appropriate.
