After the change of power in Maharashtra, the political turmoil may have subsided, but the war of words continues. State CM Eknath Shinde has retaliated on his personal attack on himself with a recent statement. He wrote in one of his tweets, ‘Auto rickshaw has overtaken Mercedes because this is a common man’s government.’
Actually Eknath Shinde was an auto driver before entering politics. In such a situation, during the political struggle in Maharashtra, many Shiv Sainiks also made personal attacks on them by calling them autowalas. Uddhav Thackeray had also said that a three wheeler driver has been given to run the government. Eknath Shinde has retaliated on this.
Shinde said, “I have said that rickshaw has overtaken Mercedes because this government is for the common people, it is a government that gives justice to every section of the society. Shinde said that the Hindutva issue of Balasaheb Thackeray, the views of Hindutva, the role played by him, we have decided to take it forward. If about 50 of our MLAs take such a role together, then there will be a big reason for this. It needed to be considered.
He said that the people felt that BJP does anything for power but they have told all the countrymen that these 50 people have taken the role of a Hindutva, their agenda is of Hindutva, development is, they should be supported. . He supported us.
On forming the government with the Congress and the NCP, Shinde said, “I have discussed many times that we are not benefiting from what we are sitting in the Maha Vikas Aghadi, it is a loss. Our MLAs are worried about how to contest elections tomorrow. We went to number 4 in the Nagar Panchayat elections. Meaning the government is not benefiting Shiv Sena.”
Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde thanked PM Modi and Amit Shah and said that Devendra Fadnavis became Deputy Chief Minister with a big heart. But when the party’s order comes, they obey the party’s order and put Balasaheb’s worker like me on the chief minister’s post. I thank PM Modi, Union Home Minister and BJP President.
While targeting the MVA, Shinde said that Shiv Sena-BJP had fought elections together but the government was formed with Congress-NCP. Because of this, whenever Hindutva issues came up, Dawood issue came up, Mumbai bomb blast issue and many other issues, we were not able to take any decision.
