Yashwant Sinha, who was nominated by the United Opposition in the presidential election, says that the BJP is ruling with a dictatorship. He has blown away the constitution. If they get the rubber stamp president, they will become unbridled. All political parties have to think seriously about this. Otherwise the country will be in deep trouble. Then it will be difficult to recover.
Yashwant believes that the presidential election is going to be very interesting. She is grateful to West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee for giving her political support again. He was sent to Rajya Sabha on TMC ticket. But his name was not proposed by Mamta didi. He had proposed the names of Farooq and Gopal Krishna Gandhi in the first meeting. His name cropped up in the second meeting. Now it is his responsibility to seriously contest the elections. Yashwant says that he is in touch with all the opposition parties. Bihar CM will also meet Nitish, who today announced his support for NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu.
Responding to a question, Yashwant said it is a compulsion for the BJP to support Draupadi, as their suba is a tribal-dominated area. If Naveen Patnaik opposes the NDA candidate, it may cause him a political loss. He believes that even the BJP does not have the winning numbers. So the election will be interesting. He is going to try his best to win from his side.
Left BJP because of this
Yashwant says that he was in BJP. But today is not. He does not even regret it, because the BJP in which he was in had the principles of Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji. He was the greatest leader. Used to listen to people. Only then did they make a decision. In today’s BJP, all this is not visible far and wide. He says that principles have become air in the party. He says that he had no regrets when he came out of BJP. He had seen that these people were not with the country.
