New Delhi, Mundka fire, Narela factory, 15 fire tenders, Delhi news

The flames of the fire in Mundka area of the capital did not even cool down that another dreadful accident happened. A fire broke out in 1 plastic factory in Narela area, some distance from Mundka, late Saturday evening. The incident is said to have escalated. 15 fire tenders have reached the spot. It is not yet known what caused the damage to life and property. Ambulances have been sent to the spot as soon as people are suspected to be trapped inside.

A massive fire broke out in a commercial building in Mundka area on Friday, killing 27 people working in it. The figure may increase. Only seven bodies have been identified. 22 people are still missing.

Police say that a meeting was going on inside the building when the incident happened. The main gate was closed from outside. How the fire started is currently under investigation. According to the police, there was a lot of plastic items in the building campus. Several chemical drums were also present there, due to which the fire spread very rapidly. Immediately it took a formidable form.

However, despite the Mundka fire, no one can claim that it will be the last such incident. There are thousands of such buildings in Delhi, where there is no arrangement for fire fighting. A major reason for this is the disregard of rules during the construction of the building. After the accidents from Uphaar to Dal Mandi in Delhi, committees were formed and recommendations were also made, but despite this such incidents did not stop.

On the other hand, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi also expressed deep condolences to the families of the deceased. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said that he is constantly in touch with the officials. Firefighters are trying their best to control the fire and save lives.
