A civil engineer from Betul district of Madhya Pradesh sat in a bulldozer instead of a traditional mare, buggy or car in the procession to make his marriage a memorable one, as some states of the country, including Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, were bulldozers on illegal houses and establishments. According to eyewitnesses, the incident took place on Tuesday in Jhallar village under Bhainsdehi development block of Madhya Pradesh’s tribal-dominated Betul district and the groom was accompanied by two women of his family in the bulldozer. He told that the marriage of this groom named Ankush Jaiswal, who reached the pavilion to get married in a bulldozer decorated with flowers in the procession, has become a topic of discussion in the entire area. During this, his relatives and relatives were also seen dancing to the tunes of band-baja and DJ.
A large number of users are sharing pictures and videos of Ankush’s procession on WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The groom, who hails from Jhallar village, said that I am a civil engineer by profession and work throughout the day along with other machines related to construction works including bulldozers. That’s why the idea came to my mind that I should take out the procession on a bulldozer associated with my profession. Ankush told that after leaving the procession from Jhallar village, he rested for the night at the famous Shri Hanuman temple located in Kerapani village and then on Wednesday, his marriage was done with pomp in Kesar Bagh.
