In a TV debate on the Gyanvapi controversy, Islamic scholar Junaid Harris said that the mosque is named after the locality. In fact, he was asked how the name Gyanvapi came to be. The anchor said that when Akbar built the mosque, was his name Gyanvapi?
The anchor said that why is the matter going up to the court. Ganga Jamuni brotherhood has always been talked about. Referring to an old debate, he said that then you used to say that the dispute of Ram temple is a matter of land rights. His question was that even in the Gyanvapi case, you know that this land belongs to Kashi Vishwanath temple.
Muslim thinker Sajid Rashidi said that whatever the decision of the court will come, we are ready. We have also accepted the decision of Babri Masjid. He said that we have also accepted that decision of Babri Masjid, in which the court even after accepting all the things said that we are giving all this land for Ram Lalla by using the privilege.

He said that when the Supreme Court gave its verdict, it said that we did not find any such evidence to say that the mosque was built after demolishing the temple. The Babri demolition was also considered wrong by the court. But using 142 the court gave all the land for the temple. He said that he is not hurting any faith. Court gives its decision on facts or according to law. He also had a heated argument with anchor Aman Chopra on the survey report of the Gyanvapi case.
One panelist said that there are not as many mosques in the whole world as there are in Hindustan. After Indonesia, the largest Muslim population lives in India. He said that during the time of Aurangzeb, Sanskrit language was used in the decrees. He also showed a paper in the debate.
