New Delhi. The Indian cricketer who is often in the news for his game is in controversies these days. The Andhra Cricket Association has issued a show cause notice against Hanuma Vihari, who once made the Kangaroos sweat in Australia. The board said that it is waiting for Hanuma Vihari’s reply.
Hanuma Vihari, who has played 16 test matches for India, plays for Andhra team in domestic cricket. He left the captaincy of Andhra at the beginning of the domestic season this year. Hanuma Vihari had then said that the reason for this was personal. But as soon as the Ranji season ended, Hanuma made a big splash. He posted on Twitter claiming that he had been asked to step down.
Hanuma Vihari had also targeted his teammate cricketer (son of a politician) in this post. According to Hanuma, he scolded that player during a match. Only after this he was pressurized to step down from the captaincy. Hanuma Vihari had issued a statement on his X account signed by other players of the Andhra team and had written, ‘The entire team knows (what happened that day).’
