After the assembly elections were over in five states, the price of CNG was increased. The price of CNG in Delhi has increased by 50 paise. At the same time, it was increased by Re 1 per kg in areas adjoining Delhi.
Earlier this month, Nestle has increased the price of Maggi by Rs. A small packet of Maggi noodles is now selling for Rs 14 instead of Rs 12. For larger packs, customers will have to pay Rs 3 more. Similarly, the prices of Nescafe Classic, Bru and Taj Mahal teas have also been hiked.
Amul, Mother Dairy and Parag have increased milk prices by Rs 2 per litre. At the same time, in Madhya Pradesh, Sanchi Milk Cooperative has increased it by Rs 5 per liter.

Petrol and diesel prices were increased by 80 paise per liter on Tuesday. After the price hike, the price of petrol in Delhi will now be Rs 96.21 per liter from Rs 95.41 earlier, while the price of diesel has increased from Rs 86.67 per liter to Rs 87.47. With this, the price of non-subsidised, 14.2 kg LPG cylinder in the national capital Delhi has been increased to Rs 949.50. The LPG rate was last revised on 6 October 2021. The price of LPG had increased by close to Rs 100 per cylinder between July and October 2021.
In the coming months, the price of electronic items like AC, cooler may increase by up to 10 percent. Companies have already raised prices three times in two years due to rising costs. Now once again preparations are being made to give a shock of inflation.
