new Delhi. The mini auction is happening today, on 23 December, for the world’s biggest cricket league i.e. Indian Premier League 2023 (IPL Auction 2023). It is scheduled to begin at Kochi at 2:30 PM. A total of 405 players have been selected for this auction, out of which 273 players are Indians. Out of 132 foreign players, 4 players are from associate country. Let me tell you, shortly before the start of the auction, a mail from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also surfaced, in which the matter of banning 5 Indian players has been said. Apart from those players, the franchisees have been shocked ever since this BCCI mail came to the fore. Now it has to be seen what can be seen in the auction.
